More about The Compassion Fatigue Project

  • Our goal is to bring awareness about Compassion Fatigue, through one-of-a-kind ongoing and tailored individual and/or group consultation, workshops, training, or seminars to a variety of providers within your community to those that have experienced vicarious trauma.

  • To prevent and treat Compassion Fatigue we need positive relationships with colleagues so that you can confidentially discuss the distress you may be experiencing.  Isolation is a symptom and factor leading to stress.  To tackle and increase your resiliency you must have good support and positive connections with others.

  • At Metta Services our mission is to offer ideas and continued support for stakeholders addressing any organizational factors that may be contributing to Compassion Fatigue within their department.

  • Reach out to us via email, phone or schedule an intake consultation to see how we can help!
